Metal-faced polyurethane sandwich panels are the perfect choice of insulation for modern buildings. We offer sandwich panels for roof, wall and cold room wall applications.
PUF panels are easy to assemble and costeffective. The end-product has a load-bearing capacity many times greater than that of
individual layers. As a result, these thin, relatively lightweight sandwich PUF panels can safely bridge wide spans. For example, a panel just 100mm thick can easily bridge a clear span of some 6 meters.

Decking Sheets

Decking Sheets

Decking Sheets can be used as a composite floor system or as permanent form work. This is 52mm deep, 235mm pitch, 950mm cover width profile with stiffener ribs in pan, web and crown to add to the strength and increase bonding with concrete. The side overlap features a self-locking tounge-n-groove joinery to avoid leakage from wet concrete, because even minor leakages damage the steel profiles and accelerate corrosion. Profile is available in standard steel and high Tensil Grade materials in thickness range of 0.80mm to 1.50mm. The fast and simple installation of this high strength product, gives immediate access to working platform and requires no stripping after concrete curving. Coupled with nil or far less propping compared to strippable frame supports.

2. Mezzanine floors can be provided in complete or partial area in Pre-Engineered buildings to suit loading requirements for office and          storage
3. Mezzanine floors consist of steel decks, supported by joists framed to mezzanine beams
4. Main mezzanine beams normally run across the width of the building and are located under the main rafters while joists run parallel to      the length of the building
5. The top flange of the joists fits immediately below the top flange of the mezzanine beam
6. The economy of the mezzanine floor is affected by the applied loads and support column spacing’s

Z & C Purlin

Z & C PURLIN

Secondary members act as struts and help in resisting part of the longitudinal loads that are applied on the building such as wind and earthquake loads. They also provide lateral bracing to the compression flanges of the main frame members thereby increasing frame capacity. Purlins , girts and eave struts are available in two standard surface finishes i.e., HR & Galvanized and three standard thickness.
